Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Open the SAAZON app, browse cooks near you on the map or list, choose a cook, add dishes from their menu to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, Apple Pay, or USDT-BEP20.

How do I become a cook on SAAZON?

Sign up as a cook from the app, complete your profile, upload required documents, and connect your Stripe account to receive payouts directly to your bank.

How do payouts work for cooks?

SAAZON uses Stripe Connect. After each order is delivered, the funds (minus the platform commission) are transferred to your Stripe Connect account and paid out to your bank on Stripe's standard schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and crypto payments (USDT on the BEP20 network) via NOWPayments.

I have a problem with an order. What do I do?

Open the order in the app and tap "Report a problem" or "Open dispute". Our team will review and resolve your issue. You can also email support@saazon.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or email support@saazon.com with your account email and the subject "Delete my account". We'll process your request within 7 days.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. SAAZON never stores your card data. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard.

Where is my food coming from?

SAAZON is a marketplace. Each cook is an independent home-based cook responsible for their own food preparation, hygiene, and applicable local regulations. Cooks display their location and certifications (where applicable) on their profile.
