SAAZON Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SAAZON mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

SAAZON is operated by DaPayX Holding LLC.

2. Platform Description

SAAZON is a technology marketplace that connects independent home-based cooks ("Cooks") with customers ("Clients").

SAAZON:

• Does not prepare, handle, store, or deliver food
• Does not employ Cooks
• Does not control or guarantee food quality, safety, or legality

SAAZON acts solely as an intermediary platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using SAAZON, you represent that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• All information you provide is accurate

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity under your account

SAAZON reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

5. Marketplace Roles

Clients

Clients may:

• Browse listings
• Place orders
• Communicate with Cooks

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Being available to receive orders

Cooks

Cooks are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:

• Food preparation and safety
• Compliance with all laws and regulations
• Pricing, menu accuracy, and availability

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

By using SAAZON, you agree that:

• Payments are made to the Platform on behalf of Cooks
• SAAZON may deduct service fees, commissions, or other charges
• Fees may be changed at any time

SAAZON uses Stripe Connect to facilitate marketplace transactions, including:

• Distribution of funds to Cooks
• Collection of platform fees

SAAZON does not store full payment card information.

7. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

Orders are contracts between Clients and Cooks.

• Once an order is accepted, it may not be cancelable
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• SAAZON may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds

8. Delivery and Fulfillment

Delivery and pickup are managed by Cooks.

SAAZON:

• Does not guarantee delivery times
• Is not responsible for delays, damages, or failed deliveries

9. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews and content.

You agree not to post:

• False, misleading, or harmful content
• Offensive or illegal material

SAAZON reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse other users
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
• Create fake accounts or fraudulent activity

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by SAAZON or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.
